Salary: Band B2 (actual salary £8553 – effective hourly rate £12.60) Pay award pending

Contract type: Part time – 15 hours per week term time plus 1 week

Contract term: Permanent

Monday to Friday - 10:30-13:30

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our outstanding Catering Team. The main duties of the role, under the supervision of the Catering Manager, will

include assisting with the preparation, cooking and service of food, cleaning of the department and equipment.

Our ideal candidate will:

▪ Be a highly motivated individual who is able to deliver an exceptional standard of service for all our students and staff

▪ Have a commitment to health and safety, food hygiene and safeguarding to ensure that the school and the department is compliant with all relevant legislation

▪ Ability to cook basic home cooked meals to a high standard

▪ Have a can do approach to their work and be willing to work as part of a team

▪ Willing to support out of hours events and school inset days
