The Role

We are looking to expand our team of invigilators who play a vital role in supporting the Examinations Office. The main role of the invigilator is to supervise examinations in accordance with procedures, guidelines and regulations and to maintain the integrity and security of the exam and exam papers.

 

Applicants must be available to work throughout May and June (the hours and days within this period will vary), and as required throughout the year to support internal examinations, normally November & January. We expect invigilators to have a minimum of two and a half days availability each week during these periods.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals with an eye for detail and good communication skills. You will be required to invigilate external examinations at GCSE and GCE levels and internal mocks and assessment tests, collect and collate papers and work with the Examinations Office to ensure regulations are adhered to. A full job description is available.
