PREMISES MANAGER
Required as soon as possible
Salary: Band H starting salary of £33,945
Contract type: Full Time 1.0 FTE
Contract term: Permanent
Applications are invited from an enthusiastic, caring, well-motivated and suitably qualified person for the post of Premises Manager. The successful applicant will possess a range of building management, maintenance, D.I.Y., caretaking and gardening/grounds keeping skills, together with the ability to line manage and work collaboratively with our support staff team.
As the Premises Manager you will ensure that the school environment is maintained to an exceptional standard and your aim will be for you and your team to deliver a quality service in a school where high standards are set and expected. Personal qualities will include: versatility, tact, commitment, common sense and initiative.
Our ideal candidate will:
▪ Be a highly motivated individual who is able to deliver an exceptional standard of service for all users of our school buildings and grounds
▪ Have the confidence to proactively work with and line manage colleagues to identify building and grounds issues and resolve these on a timely basis
▪ Have a commitment to health and safety and safeguarding to ensure that the school is compliant with all relevant legislation
▪ Be flexible in their approach to shift patterns and working hours
