Role:              Head of Faculty

Salary:          Main scale or UPS plus TLR 1 level 3 £13,550

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic and inspirational Faculty Leader, to lead the following subject areas: -

▪         Modern Foreign Languages

▪         Art

▪         Music

▪         Design and Technology

▪         PE

As well as possessing excellent leadership qualities, the successful candidate will be required to teach one of the faculty disciplines listed above, up to and including A Level.

The ideal candidate will:

▪         be an experienced and competent leader with a collaborative desire to move forward

▪         have demonstrable evidence of strategically leading and operationally managing the curriculum;

▪         have the ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower teams and individuals to achieve excellence;

▪         be an exemplary classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success and a relentless focus on student outcomes;

▪         be prepared to support the school beyond their job description and take part in a range of events and activities that form part of the life and ethos of our school.
